Associate Director - Solution Sales (BFSI)

Location: Navi Mumbai & Chennai

Identify and acquire new banking clients for our ATM solutions. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within banks and financial institutions, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional prospecting skills, and a passion for technology-driven solutions in the banking industry

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual for MS Banking division. Primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new banking clients for our customized solutions. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within banks and financial institutions, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional prospecting skills, and a passion for technology-driven solutions in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential banking clients for our automation solutions, focusing on new customer acquisition.
  • Conduct extensive research to understand the banking industry, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting, networking, and cold-calling potential clients.
  • Engage with key decision-makers, such as senior executives, department heads, and technology managers, to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate our automation solutions to clients, highlighting the key benefits and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure a smooth sales process and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in automation technology, and changes in banking regulations to effectively position our solutions.

Qualification & Work Experience

  • BE / BTech / MBA (preferred) with over 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales to Banks, including RFPs and tendering processes in PSU / Private Banks.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of customer organization; existing relationships with key customer contacts in respective territories will be a clear advantage.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning, and prospecting to closing Orders.
  • A TM Product and Services selling experience; prior experience at an ATM OEM or MSP may be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional prospecting and networking skills to generate new leads.
  • Technologically savvy with a keen interest in automation and its application in the banking industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
