Goldmine Advertising is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Head to lead the Employee Relations function. This role will be pivotal in fostering a positive work culture, managing the full employee lifecycle, and implementing effective HR policies and programs. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, attendance, employee grievance handling, and overall employee relations to strengthen organizational efficiency and morale.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement activities to understand employee needs and boost morale.
  • Develop retention programs and career development opportunities to reduce turnover.

3.Employee Relations & Grievance Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and fair resolution of grievances.
  • Foster a supportive environment where employees feel valued and respected.

4.Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Ensure alignment of policies with company goals and values, promoting a consistent and transparent work environment.

5.Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Manage attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

6.Performance Management & KRAs

  • Implement Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees in collaboration with team leads.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support individual development plans.
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance skill sets and drive productivity.

7.HR Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement levels, recruitment costs) to guide decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
