Job Summary

AIMLEAP is seeking a skilled Human Resources Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the organization's hiring needs.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments, coordinate with hiring managers, and schedule interviews with candidates.
Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a smooth interview process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Teams.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
