We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our Human Resources department at AKS ProTalent. This Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Develop compensation and benefits plans that align with company goals
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Host in-house recruitment events to attract top talent
- Discuss employees' career development paths with managers to ensure growth and retention
- Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to inform data-driven decisions
- Review departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
- Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely and professional manner
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and ATS
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster healthy employee relations
