Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager specializing in Field Sales and Architect Engagement , you will play a pivotal role in shaping meaningful relationships with the architect community. This role involves extensive fieldwork, meeting architects, understanding their needs, and ensuring the growth and success of the loyalty program. It offers tremendous growth opportunities for driven individuals ready to make an impact and advance their careers in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field visits to meet architects in person, build relationships, and understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals.
• Build strong relationships with architects by understanding their needs, industry challenges, and business goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance architect participation and loyalty in the program.
• Be the primary point of contact for architects, ensuring program satisfaction and a seamless experience.
• Analyze program performance, offering insights and recommendations to the Program Manager to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Work closely with internal teams to create relevant, value-driven content and offers for program participants.
• Drive engagement through participation in networking & non-networking events, seminars, and webinars, while gathering valuable feedback from architects.
• Ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of program rewards and other services.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience in the architecture industry or related fields such as interior design, construction, or building materials.
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs, customer engagement, or sales incentive strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and drive performance improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
