Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager with a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and strategy.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, while providing data-driven insights to support decision-making at the highest levels.
This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, business partnering, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
Analyze financial statements , identify trends, variances, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Partner with key stakeholders across departments (operations, sales, marketing) to support business decision-making through data-driven insights and financial analysis.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports , including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
Drive ad-hoc financial analysis to support business cases, investments, and new initiatives.
Implement and enhance financial reporting systems and tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Lead efforts in improving cost management , profitability analysis , and margin optimization .
Monitor key business metrics and provide guidance on performance improvement areas.
Support M&A activities, including due diligence , financial integration, and post-acquisition performance tracking.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance , or a related financial role, with demonstrated success in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development .
Proficient in financial reporting tools , ERP systems , and advanced Excel (knowledge of tools like SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, etc.

Experience in working with large datasets , leveraging analytical skills to extract meaningful insights.
Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and financial statement analysis .
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence decision-making at all levels.
Experience in working with C-suite executives and providing strategic recommendations.
High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
