Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product and Marketing Manager to lead Vidiem's product development and go-to-market initiatives. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing product strategies, managing the entire product lifecycle, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful launches and ongoing market performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both upstream (product development, research, positioning) and downstream (branding, promotions, sales support) marketing activities, enabling them to drive consumer-centered product development and effective market entry strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Development
Define product strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and market trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the kitchen appliance sector.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through to product development, testing, and final market introduction.
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, gaps in the market, and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable product specifications and requirements.
Consumer Insights and Feedback Loop
Gather and analyze consumer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other channels to refine product features and address consumer pain points.
Act as the voice of the consumer in product design and development discussions, ensuring that products meet or exceed expectations in quality, functionality, and usability.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new products, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align GTM strategies with channel needs and logistical considerations.
Create compelling launch campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Digital teams to build awareness, drive demand, and support sales objectives.
Brand Positioning and Communication
Ensure all product communications are aligned with Vidiem’s brand values and resonate with target audiences, focusing on unique features and benefits.
Develop product-related content, such as key selling points, product training materials, and user guides, for internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure product development timelines and launch plans stay on track.
Facilitate clear communication and alignment between teams, balancing the technical and consumer-focused aspects of product management.
Product Performance Analysis
Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch, including sales data, customer feedback, and market penetration.
Utilize insights from performance data to inform decisions on product adjustments, updates, and next-generation development.
Budget Management
Develop and manage budgets for product development and marketing activities, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
Monitor expenditures to ensure projects stay within budget, optimizing for cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
