Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through to product development, testing, and final market introduction.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, gaps in the market, and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable product specifications and requirements.
- Gather and analyze consumer feedback to refine product features and address consumer pain points.
- Act as the voice of the consumer in product design and development discussions, ensuring that products meet or exceed expectations in quality, functionality, and usability.
- Develop and implement successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive product awareness, demand, and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
- Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product management and/or marketing, ideally in the consumer durables or kitchen appliances industry.
- Proven track record of managing both upstream and downstream product activities.
- Experience in market research, consumer insights, and go-to-market planning for durable goods.

Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
