We are looking for a brand strategy leader who will work closely with the senior leadership team to establish and chart out the overall brand communication, content marketing strategy and its tactical execution adhering to marketing goals that result in driving brand awareness and profitable growth. The incumbent will be a creative leader with deep consumer understanding and extensive experience in the product / service lifecycle management. Develop brand strategy and define the company's annual marketing roadmap both online and offline. Serve the role of brand custodian for all communications & content from tactical, internal, external to social media by creating brand marketing playbook & guidelines.  Analyse performance and the ongoing trend of key content metrics, develop audience insights and a deep understanding of the BFSI industry to build a content communication strategy across Conduct content deep-dives and compile thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areas Conduct analysis of key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators in partnership with creative and business teams.  Brief external and in house creative teams on content requirements and ensure brand brand content strategy.  Create cadence for consumer research, competition research and brand tracking on core brand attributes & full funnel criteria.  ensure adherence to SLAs and monitor quality of execution  Manage and control the brand portfolio budget.  actual compliance on spend Develop and manage a fit-for-course agency network, in house team to ensure effective and efficient execution of brand strategy across mediums eg. Digital, Radio, TV, OOH etc.  Plan and execute branding initiatives, ATL and BTL activities for the brands.  Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) Should have a degree in marketing, business administration.  MBA with at least 6 years of work experience (ideally in planned / high involvement categories)  Ability to understand consumer journey’s & intervene to drive brand salience.  Prior experience leading a team is a must, as is the ability to motivate and rally a team around a Experience building communications strategies to deliver business KPIs highly desirable
