Experience-2+ years in Human Resource
Working Days and Time - Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM)
Payroll
Collect and verify employee timesheets and attendance data.
Assist with the processing of monthly payroll.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in performance management and disciplinary actions.
General Administration
Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and digital.
Assist in planning company events and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Recruitment
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Meticulous in record-keeping and data entry.
Confidentiality: Discretion and professionalism with private data.
Flexible and able to handle changing priorities.
Knowledge of Labor Laws: Basic understanding of HR regulations.
