JOB DESCRIPTION

SENIOR ASSOCIATE | BRAND SOLUTIONS (CLIENT SERVICING)


We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Brand Solutions with 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The role will involve implementing integrated marketing solutions anchored on digital experiences. The candidate should be able to generate ideas, write copy, manage clients & work collaboratively with the team. The candidate must be familiar with new digital marketing trends.


Responsibilities

  • Communicating effectively with the client to understand the client's business strategy, plans & requirements and align the same with the internal team.
  • Developing creative marketing strategies, detailed monthly calendars, proactively driving initiatives, and brainstorming with the teams.
  • Implementing digital marketing strategies in sync with the brand’s objectives across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, their website and marketplaces.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads, and conversions.
  • Conceptualization and pitching new ideas, along with providing writing assistance from time to time.
  • Monitor digital & new media industry trends to implement various campaign ideas.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a digital agency.
  • Strong communication, client management, conceptual/creative thinking & business acumen.
  • Experience in managing & executing campaigns end to end.
  • Being an audiophile would be an obvious plus :)
