Key Responsibilities


1.Client Servicing & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact
  • . Proactively manage client expectations, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • . Identify new opportunities to add value to existing client relationships by suggesting innovative brand solutions and services


2.Strategic Planning & Brand Strategy Development:

  • Lead the development of customized brand strategies based on in-depth market research, industry insights, and client objectives.
  • Work with clients to craft actionable marketing plans that align with their broader business goals, while leveraging performance data and market trends
  • Develop multi-channel brand campaigns, integrating social media, digital, influencer, and paid media to achieve maximum impact


3. Pitching & Business Development:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end pitch process, from initial client briefings and strategy development to final pitch presentations and proposals.
  • Present and sell brand solutions that showcase the agency’s capabilities, unique value propositions, and data-driven approach to achieving results
  • . Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new business leads, expand the agency’s client base, and foster long-term growth


4.Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with creative, production, and media teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, ensuring all elements (creative, messaging, timing, and media) are aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance to teams to ensure that campaigns are executed to the highest standards and deliver on agreed-upon KPIs


5. Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance against KPIs and deliver regular updates to clients on the status of their campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaigns, increasing ROI, and driving performance improvements
  • Lead post-campaign analysis to gather insights and identify areas for future growth\


6 . Market Insights & Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed on emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and the broader advertising landscape.
  • Use industry insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.


7. Leadership & Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to align strategies, ensure smooth execution, and foster a culture of collaboration.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them grow professionally and expand their skills


What We're Looking For


  • Experience - 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or client solutions, ideally within an agency or influencer marketing environment
  • Client & Relationship Management - Strong experience in building and nurturing relationships with senior-level clients, ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Brand Strategy Expertise: A deep understanding of brand strategy, including how to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Business Development & Pitching - Strong experience in pitching new business, preparing proposals, and presenting strategic solutions to prospective clients.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration - Ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive projects to successful completion
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving : - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Eye for detail - Demonstrates a strong eye for detail, consistently ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
