We are looking for a Category Lead in Influencer Marketing to oversee and manage high-profile campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.


Role Summary:


As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to delivery. You will lead a team, liaise with clients, coordinate with influencers, and ensure that projects are executed within budget, on time, and meet quality expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans based on client objectives and brand goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create innovative campaign strategies tailored to client needs.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing associates and coordinators.
  • Assign tasks, set clear objectives, and ensure accountability within the team.

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular updates and progress meetings to keep clients informed.

Influencer Collaboration:

  • Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers that align with the campaign’s objectives.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and their representatives.

Execution and Oversight:

  • Oversee the production and deployment of campaign deliverables across platforms.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and approved by the client.

Budget Management:

  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Track expenses and provide detailed financial reports post-campaign.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze results against KPIs.
  • Deliver insightful post-campaign reports with recommendations for future initiatives.

Industry Trends:

  • Stay updated on the latest influencer marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Propose innovative approaches to keep campaigns fresh and impactful.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or project management.
  • Prior experience leading teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a creative mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
