Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: LucknowAbout the Role:We are seeking passionate and driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to partner with schools, onboard them onto our English curriculum, and ensure strong engagement at management, teacher, and student levels. You will play a key role in expanding our reach, building long-term relationships, and driving the impact of English Gurukul in schools.ResponsibilitiesAcquire the Schools & Increase Engagement at the School Management Level,Teacher Level & Student Level by conducting Sales Demos.On-board closed leads with training/Webinar Support & set up the Playbooks for Engagement.Be the point of contact for On-boarded Schools and be responsible for the growth of the School ( Up-sells, tracking KPI Metrics)Advise schools, teachers, and students on the most effective ways to use the English Gurukul App & monitor/track monthly usage.Be a Product Evangelist by collecting anecdotal feedback from Management & teachers and help in improving the Product.Skills & QualificationsPreferred B2B, Scool sales and EdTech backgroundGood exposure to schools or the EdTech domainUnderstanding of the EdTech ecosystemAbility to take ownership of customer relationships from sale to growthAct as a champion of the product with schools and partnersStrong written and verbal communication skills(Preferred) 1–2 years of experience working with schools or managing accounts in the EdTech domainPerks & BenefitsSalary range: Huge incentives (up to 20K per month) + Travel reimbursement + Base Salary (25K – 35K per month)Work at Scale and challenge yourself.Work with a smart teamHigh perks based on performance and hard work.
