Experience: 1-2 years (after-graduation) Education : Undergraduate degree (Graduate/Masters degree like MBA is a plus) Work Type : On-site Role Responsibilities: Investor Relations Collaterals: Design & develop investor decks, documents, annual reports, and other collateral to support fundraising, IPO events, and earnings releases. Program & Event Management: Plan and execute all IR related events (especially quarterly/ annual earnings upon Phone Pe’s public listing). IR Website Maintenance: Ensure timely updates on Phone Pe’s Investor Relations website, including facts, figures, and press releases. Administrative Oversight: Manage IR subscriptions, maintain the IR calendar, and handle the distribution of IR collaterals. Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct industry market research, track relevant business strategy insights, and maintain a competition model with key operational and financial metrics. Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry developments, compile peer analysis, and provide updates to the team to maintain Phone Pe’s competitive edge. Skills & Qualifications: Presentation & Visual Design: Experience in creating professional, visually compelling presentations and other forms of collaterals like documents, website pages, videos etc. Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design. Storytelling with Data: Talent for conceptualizing and visualizing data into impactful infographics and presentations. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, with an aptitude for stakeholder engagement. Market Research & Data Analysis: Ability to conduct thorough market research and interpret data trends. Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and with diverse teams.
