Position Overview:

Rx100 Ventures is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to spearhead fundraising efforts and manage key investor communications. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with investment banks, venture capital firms, private equity funds, and high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs and HNIs) to drive investment opportunities. Key responsibilities include strategizing and executing fundraising campaigns, building and nurturing investor relationships, leading introductory discussions, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role also involves preparing impactful pitch decks, financial documents, and reports, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. This position requires a results-driven professional with exceptional communication skills, proven fundraising experience, and a strong track record in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising efforts, including initiating and managing discussions with potential investors.

• Build and nurture relationships with investment banks, venture capital firms, private equity funds, UHNIs, and HNIs.

• Strategize and execute comprehensive fundraising campaigns to meet and exceed financial targets.

• Develop and deliver compelling pitch decks, business plans, and financial documents to attract investors.

• Drive investor interest by facilitating deep-dive calls and meetings with key stakeholders.

• Leverage existing investor networks to accelerate fundraising activities.

• Represent the company in first level investor meetings, conferences, and negotiations.

• Monitor fundraising progress and provide actionable insights and updates to the leadership team.

• Continuously analyze market trends to identify new investment opportunities and refine fundraising strategies.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements during the fundraising process.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of investor interactions and fundraising activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in fundraising or investor relations.

• Proven experience in fundraising for startups or corporations.

• Strong network and connections with investment banks, VCs, PEs, UHNIs, and HNIs.

• Demonstrated ability to close deals and secure investments.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in crafting and delivering impactful presentations and financial documents.

• Track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment trends, and fundraising best practices.
