About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Investor Relations Manager to join a leading Web3 company. This is a high-impact role where you will lead investor engagement, fundraising initiatives, and drive strategic communication with stakeholders. If you have successfully raised over $100 million in token rounds and possess a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, we would like to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relations Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to engage with Series-B investors globally, targeting a broad network of potential stakeholders.
  • Strategic Mapping: Create detailed data rooms and systematically map investor profiles to align their portfolios with company offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Set up initial calls and cultivate relationships with investors, their tech teams, and extended networks.
  • Financial Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to produce accurate, insightful reports showcasing company performance, growth strategy, and market positioning.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for investors, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on business performance and strategy.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about Web3 trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to enhance investor engagement.
  • Pitching & Negotiations: Craft compelling investor presentations and pitches while leading negotiations for fundraising and investor retention.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Proven track record in Investor Relations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
  • Successfully raised over $100 million USD in token rounds.
  • Deep knowledge and experience within the Web3 and blockchain space.

  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and investor report preparation.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
