We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented TA Partner – Volume Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore . The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in high-volume recruitment , specifically within the Gold Loan industry , and will be responsible for hiring field sales and operations roles critical to Rupeek’s growth. Manage end-to-end recruitment for field roles (sales/operations) in a high-volume hiring environment. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role-specific hiring plans. Stakeholder Management Identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate quality . Leverage data, analytics, and insights to inform hiring strategies and decision-making. Candidate Experience Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required) Experience: 1–4 years of experience in volume hiring within the Gold Loan industry (Mandatory) Proven ability to hire for field sales/operations roles at scale Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and end-to-end hiring workflows Proficiency in MS Office , applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms Be part of a mission-driven company redefining gold-backed credit in India Experience a culture that values ownership , collaboration , and growth Contribute to a fintech brand that is profitable , well-funded , and rapidly scaling
