approximately 16 000 colleagues in over 50 countries Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment process Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Coach challenge and advise Hiring Managers and leaders using recruitment and market data to inform and influence key hiring decisions Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives Stakeholder Management Effective in managing multiple stakeholders across various levels to align recruitment strategies with business goals Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders providing insights on market trends salary benchmarks and recruitment best practices Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress discuss challenges and adjust recruitment plans as needed Education Experience Bachelor s degree in an HR related field or equivalent preferred Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience Knowledge of Industrial Automation Engineering being an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assess both technical and cultural fit during candidate evaluations Your role is pivotal across all our regional global talent acquisition efforts Able to develop valued relationships with managers and Candidates alike Effectively manage your workload to meet agreed deadlines
