Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires deep expertise in hiring for Data Analytics and Cybersecurity domains, with a strong understanding of technical skill sets, market trends, and sourcing strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint among established GCCs and positioning Embark as a trusted partner for capability build out and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles in Data Analytics (e.g., Data Scientists, Data Engineers, BI Analysts) and Cybersecurity (e.g., SOC Analysts, IAM Engineers, Security Architects).

· Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.

· Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and niche platforms.

· Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.

· Drive diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruitment practices.
