Be the Strategic Talent Adviser- go beyond filling roles and work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment with business goals. Using Proactive Talent Sourcing channels build strong talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and leverage networks to find top talent. Be the Employer Brand Advocate by ensuring a positive candidate & stakeholder experience Partner with Leadership, Human Resources, and Hiring Managers to facilitate a strategic, efficient recruiting process, providing direction, mentoring, and training to the recruiting team. Manage the entire recruiting life cycle for respective Business Units. Lead global talent acquisition projects, contributing to process improvements and best practices. Conduct talent analytics to support business decisions and accelerate performance. Recruit efficiently to improve KPIs, industry benchmarks, and hiring deadlines for business-critical roles. Extensive experience in talent acquisition, and employer branding with a proven track record of executing strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives. Expertise in recruitment metrics and talent analytics to support data-driven hiring decisions. Forward-thinking approach, anticipating future talent needs and developing proactive recruitment strategies.
