Position Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in program management within technical environments. This role requires hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Flutter, and AWS, along with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and Jira. Ideal candidates will have a total of less than 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in program management, preferably in product companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management : Lead the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives from planning through delivery.
  • Technical Collaboration : Partner with engineering teams to meet milestones and maintain quality, focusing on Java, Spring Boot, Flutter, and AWS frameworks.
  • Agile Coordination : Manage sprint planning, timelines, and resources, promoting agile practices for effective execution.
  • Jira Management : Utilize Jira for task management, tracking, and communication across project teams.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison : Act as the primary contact among teams, ensuring consistent progress and alignment on project objectives.
  • Technical Guidance : Provide input on system architecture and development best practices.
  • Process Optimization : Continuously improve program management practices to enhance project outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in full-stack development, particularly with Java, Spring Boot, Flutter, and AWS.
  • Program Management Experience : At least 2 years in program management, ideally in product companies, with agile project management experience using Jira.
  • Leadership and Collaboration : Strong communication skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Health Tech Interest : A passion for using digital solutions to improve healthcare and patient outcomes.
