Job Description
As a Sales Role in the Genset Industry, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the sales team in promoting and selling Gas genset / diesel generator sets to clients and customers. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and expanding the market presence of the company's products within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to align sales efforts with the overall business
goals.Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, including setting targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations. Foster a motivated and results-oriented sales
team.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solu
tions.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's customer base and market
share.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's diesel genset products.
Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed to ensure objectives ar
e met.Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients, dealers, and partners to reach favorable agreements. Ensure timely and successful closure of sales
deals.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's diesel genset products, features, and technical specifications. Stay updated on industry trends and advance
ments.Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review. Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of sales
data.Travel: Engage in regular travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit dealers and distributors to strengthen relationships and monitor market t
rends.Qualifications and Require
