You will play a key role in driving brand engagement and strategy execution through innovative marketing campaigns, video content production, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Strategy
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads , Meta Ads , and LinkedIn Ads .
Implement organic social media strategies to boost community engagement and brand visibility.
Conduct market research to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and inform marketing strategies.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing for ROI.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative content strategies .
Collaborate with tech, product, and marketing teams to introduce new products and establish strategic partnerships.
Videography & Content Creation
Shoot and edit video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Design and produce graphics, posts, and videos using tools like Canva , Adobe Premiere Pro , and Final Cut Pro .
Develop user-centric content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels, address user queries, and identify engagement opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts (ROI, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Experience in videography and editing with a portfolio showcasing past projects.
Oversee projects, manage partnerships, conduct field sales, onboard partners, and gather feedback to drive seamless product adoption and impactful solutions.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative with a proactive approach.
