Job Role: Founder's Office - Manager

Cubic Logics is on the lookout for an insightful and driven individual to fill the role of Manager in the Founder's Office, based in our Bangalore office. This key position plays a vital role in the heart of our startup's leadership, driving strategic decisions, fostering growth, and ensuring our actions are deeply aligned with our mission and values. Working directly under the founder(s) and alongside top executives, the Manager in the Founder's Office will have a profound impact on Cubic Logics' trajectory and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning : Facilitate the development and execution of Cubic Logics’ long-term strategy, ensuring cohesion with our mission, vision, and core values.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and optimization of company resources, encompassing financial planning, human capital, and technological assets, to support strategic goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge progress against strategic objectives, providing insights for adjustments to maintain alignment with company goals.
  • Decision Support : Aid the founder(s) and senior leadership in making critical decisions regarding product development, marketing strategies, and talent acquisition, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Operational Excellence : Spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related fields; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, or a similar role within a startup or dynamic business environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proficiency in engaging stakeholders across various levels.
  • Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, particularly in the tech industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and capable of quickly adapting to new technologies.
