Position Overview:


The Founder's Office Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, designed to provide comprehensive support to the Founder in driving the strategic vision and operational efficiency of the company.

You will act as a trusted advisor and right-hand to the Founder, facilitating seamless communication and coordination across various departments. You will be deeply involved in the strategic planning process, contributing to the development and execution of key initiatives that align with the company's


Key Responsibilities:


  • Communication: Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Founder.


  • Prepare and review internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.


  • Special Projects: Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Founder.


  • Support the planning and execution of company events and other activities.


  • Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including revenue projections and expense estimates for the next three months.


  • Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to the Founder.


  • Assist in budget planning and financial decision-making.


  • HR Management: Manage a team of 30 employees, ensuring effective communication and coordination.


  • Oversee salary processing using Razorpay and ensure timely and accurate payroll management.


  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.


  • Operational Management: Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.


  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.


  • Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.


  • Automation: Identify opportunities for automating workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.


  • Implement and monitor automation tools and processes.


  • Creative Operations Management: Optimize creative workflows to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.


  • Collaborate with creative teams to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and foster innovation.


  • Oversee the execution of creative projects, from concept development to final delivery.


  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.


  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver complex projects across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.


  • Monitor project progress, address issues or risks, and ensure successful completion.


  • Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all business verticals.


  • Work with the sales team to achieve targets and expand the company's presence.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets, including leveraging the DCAN (Digital Content and Network) network.


  • Studio & Video Production Development : Spearhead the expansion of studio and video production capabilities, identifying growth opportunities and new revenue streams.


  • Develop strategies to scale production capabilities, including equipment, talent acquisition, and process optimization.


  • Oversee the creation of high-quality video content aligned with client needs and business goals.


  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the Founder to develop and execute strategic plans for sales, creative operations, and project management.


  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for strategic meetings and initiatives.


  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, focusing on expanding creative and production services.
