We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator for Branding (Brand Voice, Tone, Position, Logo, Infographics), Digital Marketing (SEO, SMO, SEM, SMM), Content Marketing & App Development to join our team. This role will focus on generating high-quality, hot leads through various channels, excluding PPC Ads. The Lead Generator will leverage email marketing, data collection from various sources, advanced lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, Signal Hire, and proactive outreach through calls and LinkedIn InMail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Identification and Sourcing
- Identify and research potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, Signal Hire, and other lead generation platforms.
- Perform market segmentation to target prospects based on industry, company size, job function, and other criteria to align with our services.
Outreach and Engagement
- Conduct outreach through personalized email marketing campaigns, calls, and LinkedIn InMail to engage prospective clients.
- Utilize effective communication and follow-up techniques to build relationships, address client needs, and convert qualified leads.
- Manage and respond to InMail inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales pipeline.
Data Collection and Management
- Collect and organize lead data from reliable sources.
- Manage and update CRM systems with detailed lead profiles to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of lead activities.
Lead Nurturing and Follow-ups
- Create and manage follow-up sequences to nurture cold leads into warm prospects.
- Personalize outreach efforts to resonate with each lead's needs and pain points, moving them further along the sales funnel.
Continuous Improvement and Strategy
- Analyze lead generation data and metrics to refine and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to identify new lead generation opportunities and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience : 2+ years in a lead generation or sales role, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or a B2B environment.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Signal Hire, and other lead generation and CRM tools.
- Outreach Skills : Experience in cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn InMail outreach, with a strong ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
- Email Marketing : Experience creating and executing targeted email campaigns with a strong understanding of engagement metrics.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data to identify high-potential leads and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting persuasive messages and engaging prospects.
- Organizational Skills : Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure all leads and follow-ups are managed efficiently.
