Job Summary:

Flynaut is seeking skilled IT Support Engineers (Level 1 & Level 2) to provide exceptional remote IT support for troubleshooting, system monitoring, and issue resolution. The ideal candidates will play a critical role in maintaining system performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to CMMS standards for asset management and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and proactively identify and report potential issues to relevant teams.
  • Customer Support: Deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical support, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of user concerns.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with CMMS processes for asset management and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Escalation: Collaborate with Level 2/Level 3 teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when necessary.
  • Knowledge Management: Update and maintain knowledge bases and technical documentation for recurring issues and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles, providing Level 1 or Level 2 support.
  • Proficiency in Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with CMMS tools and asset management practices is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional support to users.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in monitoring and managing IT environments for compliance-heavy industries.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
