We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, a passion for digital marketing, and a knack for engaging with online audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing content.
  • Curate relevant content from external sources to enhance our social media presence.
  • Community Management:
  • Actively engage with our audience through comments, messages, and direct interactions.
  • Build and maintain a strong online community.
  • Monitor brand reputation and address customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
  • Social Media Advertising:
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track key metrics and measure ROI.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the (industry/niche) industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising.
