Job Overview


We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase online presence, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (posts, images, videos).
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with community comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation on social platforms.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and keyword strategies for social platforms.
  • Experience with paid advertising on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of metrics and KPIs, such as engagement rates, impressions, and ROI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
