Intentify Media Group is looking for an entrepreneurial Creative Strategist to work in our new business division. This role will be responsible for working with the strategy, creative, and new business teams to research, strategize, build and pitch RFPs and proposals for an exciting array of prospective clients.

You will be responsible for pulling insights and data using first-hand research and social listening tools to create innovative social marketing strategies. You will use your experience in crafting compelling narratives to present these strategies in memorable, convincing ways.

This role will also involve client facing pitching. You will bring energy and enthusiasm to presentations and will have experience dealing with on-the-spot questions and being able to articulate your extensive social marketing knowledge to prospective clients.

You will remain constantly curious, sharing your findings, insights, and beliefs with the rest of the team.

What You Will Be Working On:

- Develop Social Media strategy for brands based on market research
- Support Partnerships Director in building RFP responses by developing response strategies and creative direction. For this, you will also work with Strategy and Creative teams to complete large proposal opportunities.
- Research areas of opportunity, challenges, and strategic approaches for client prospects.
- Translate research into actionable insights.
- Make creative briefs for internal ideation of pitch concepts
- Write up concepts, creative treatments, and production briefs to create mockups for pitch material
- Manage the production of pitch material between strategy and creative team.
- Continuously research and monitor market landscape for trends and potential business partnerships

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience dissecting briefs and creating plans for response.
- Should have designing skills or experience with online designing tools like Canva etc.
- Strong storytelling skills. You have the ability to turn data and insights into a compelling narrative that informs the strategy and creative suggestions in the proposal.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and how brands can best leverage them to reach their marketing and business goals.
- Ability to identify opportunities for brands in the social media landscape by diving into data and research.
- Strong presentation building and presenting.
- Ability to take client briefs and translate them into a winning creative proposal.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; ideates quickly and creatively solve problems. A hands-on, “roll up your sleeves,” action-oriented approach.
- A clear understanding of how to unlock consumer insights and connect them with cultural and industry trends to develop inspiring strategies and content.
- Organized with the ability to project manage, prioritize requests, and be increasingly more efficient and effective in your output.
