Responsibilities:● Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients'accounts● Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts● Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities● Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts● Ability to handle sales requests from clients on phone/ email/or on-site.● Maintaining existing customer relationship management● Helping new customers to pick the plan that works best for their business.● Answering potential client questions and follow-up calls● Helping to upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements● Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.Skills Required:● Comfortable making calls and talking to new people.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect and interact withclients● Persuasive and goal-oriented● Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor● Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories● Self-motivated and self-directed● Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently● In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry● Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines● Excellent analytical and time-management skills● Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the nextpotential client● Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team● Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, andExcel).
