AjnaLens is looking for a Research & Strategy Associate to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra – India) . We’re seeking someone who loves exploring new ideas, conducting deep research, creating crisp and impactful presentations, and supporting multiple functions with insights and strategy. This role calls for someone smart, curious, and adaptable — someone who enjoys learning something new every day and wearing multiple hats. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership, product, and marketing teams to uncover insights, connect the dots between data and decisions, and translate ideas into actionable strategies and presentations. Conduct research and gather insights from various sources — industry trends, technology updates, and market studies. Collaborate across teams to support ongoing projects and strategic initiatives. Minimum Work Experience Required: 1–3 years of experience in research, business strategy, consulting, or a similar role. Strong research and analytical thinking. Time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects. Conduct secondary and primary research across industries and technologies. Support leadership in strategy formulation, decision-making, and project planning. Prepare presentations, data summaries, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Work cross-functionally to assist in various ongoing projects — from HR to marketing to product research. Bring fresh perspectives, creative ideas, and structure to complex discussions.
