Key Roles and Responsibilities:
**1. Teaching and Mentoring**:

- **Designing Curriculum**: Developing and updating course syllabi, assignments, and exams to align with academic standards and industry trends.
- **Mentoring Students**: Providing guidance and support to students, including advising on academic paths, research projects, and career goals.

**2. Research and Publication**:

- **Conducting Research**: Initiating and leading research projects in areas related to finance and management, such as financial modeling, risk management, or corporate governance.
- **Publishing Papers**: Writing and submitting research papers to academic journals for peer review and publication.
- **Attending Conferences**: Presenting research findings at academic conferences and workshops.
- **Collaborating with Colleagues**: Working with other researchers and scholars to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration.

**3. Industry Engagement**:

- **Consulting**: Providing consulting services to businesses and organizations on financial matters, such as risk assessment, investment strategies, or financial analysis.
- **Industry Partnerships**: Building relationships with industry professionals and organizations to bridge the gap between academia and the real world.
- **Expert Witness**: Serving as an expert witness in legal cases involving financial matters.

**4. Administrative Duties**:

- **Committee Work**: Participating in faculty committees and departmental meetings to contribute to institutional governance and decision-making.
- **Student Advising**: Advising students on academic matters, including course selection and career planning.

**5. Professional Development**:

- **Continuing Education**: Staying updated with the latest developments in finance and management through conferences, workshops, and professional development activities.
- **Networking**: Building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues in academia and industry.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Doctorate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical engineering: 1 year (preferred)
- Research: 1 year (preferred)
