Research Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and academically strong Research Analyst with a PhD in Political Science. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of political frameworks, public policy, governance systems, and social research methodologies. You will contribute to data-driven research, policy analysis, academic writing, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative political research
- Collect, analyze, and interpret academic and field data
- Draft research reports, academic papers, and policy briefs
- Support development of research proposals and grant applications
- Track political trends, governance practices, and policy developments
- Collaborate with academic and institutional stakeholders
- Present research findings through papers, presentations, and seminars
Required Qualifications & Skills
- PhD in Political Science or related discipline (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of political theory, policy frameworks, and governance systems
- Proficiency in research methodology, academic writing, and data interpretation
- Experience with statistical tools/software (SPSS, R, STATA is a plus)
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Prior academic publications or conference presentations preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
