We work with global clients across multiple industries, helping them enhance efficiency and business performance through digital transformation.Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation through cold calling, initial client outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for the business development team.Key Responsibilities:· Conduct cold calls to potential clients across targeted industries and geographies.· Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points.· Schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales or pre-sales teams.· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meetings.· Follow up on email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and marketing-generated leads.· Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.· 1–2 years of experience in inside sales / B2 B cold calling / lead generation (preferably in IT, Saa S, or Engineering solutions).· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).· Comfortable with high-volume calling and structured sales conversations.· Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.Preferred Qualifications:· Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).· Experience in selling software, automation, or engineering technology solutions.· Exposure to international markets (US, Europe, or APAC).· Knowledge of tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead databases.What We Offer:· Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.· Structured training and career development in sales and technology domains.· Opportunity to work with a fast-growing engineering and automation company.· Supportive and collaborative team culture.#Inside Sales #Sales Executive #B2 BSales #Lead Generation #Business Development #Sales Jobs #Tech Sales #Software Sales #Saa SSales #Sales CareersInterested candidates can share their CV at
