Role: BD Co-ordinator Company: ANJ Group Location: Mumbai (Kandivali, Charkop) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Development (BD) Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our business development efforts by managing and tracking pitches, proposals, and client presentations. This role is critical to ensuring that our business development activities are well-coordinated and meet high standards. The BD Coordinator will play an essential role in creating tracking solutions and developing pitch decks that help drive business growth and client engagement. Responsibilities: 1. Pitch Tracking & Solutions Management: Develop and maintain tracking systems for ongoing business development opportunities, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Track project leads, proposals, and pitching status from initiation to closure. Analyze and report on the progress of business development activities, ensuring that key milestones and deadlines are met. 2. Pitch Deck Presentation Preparation: Design and prepare high-quality pitch decks tailored to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s design-build capabilities, project expertise, and value proposition. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and visuals for pitch decks. Ensure that presentations are visually compelling, clear, and aligned with the company’s branding guidelines. 3. Market Research & Business Development Support: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes within the design and build industry. Assist the BD team with gathering and compiling information for new project opportunities, client proposals, and presentations. 4. Client Relationship Management: Support the BD team in maintaining and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Prepare client communications, proposals, and meeting materials to ensure consistency and professionalism. 5. Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with the BD, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of all business development initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management on business development progress and pitch tracking. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a business development or marketing role, preferably within the design and build or construction industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word). Knowledge of project management software and CRM systems is a plus. Proven ability to create visually appealing and professional pitch decks. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
