Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at DERMATOUCH in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overall HR management tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Prepare and distribute Numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, LinkedIn, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to reporting authority
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries of candidates
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
  • Complete the documentation process with background check of selected candidates
  • Admin related tasks


Qualifications

  • MBA in HRM, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
  • Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong understanding of human resources processes and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
