Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at DERMATOUCH in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overall HR management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute Numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, LinkedIn, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to reporting authority
Send job offer emails and answer queries of candidates
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Complete the documentation process with background check of selected candidates
Admin related tasks

Qualifications
MBA in HRM, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
Strong understanding of human resources processes and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
