Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at DERMATOUCH in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overall HR management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions- Source potential candidates from various online channels- Screen incoming resumes and application forms- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)- Prepare and distribute Numerical, language and logical reasoning tests- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, LinkedIn, job boards and internally- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to reporting authority- Send job offer emails and answer queries of candidates- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard- Complete the documentation process with background check of selected candidates- Admin related tasks
Qualifications
- MBA in HRM, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise- Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration- Strong understanding of human resources processes and practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
