Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at DERMATOUCH in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overall HR management tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and update job descriptionsSource potential candidates from various online channelsScreen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)Prepare and distribute Numerical, language and logical reasoning testsAdvertise job openings on company’s careers page, LinkedIn, job boards and internallyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to reporting authoritySend job offer emails and answer queries of candidatesMonitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hireParticipate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment eventsCollaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsAct as a consultant to new hires and help them onboardComplete the documentation process with background check of selected candidatesAdmin related tasks
QualificationsMBA in HRM, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldHuman Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertiseExperience in Employee Benefits and Benefits AdministrationStrong understanding of human resources processes and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
