Job Description We're Rev Ops+Hub Spot Diamond partner consultants, helping companies utilise Hub Spot to streamline and help their sales/marketing/business teams function at scale. We are one of the fastest-growing companies based out of Gurgaon with an amazing team increasing exponentially each month. We have a sustainable bootstrapped revenue engine that is growing 30% M-o-M as well. We're looking for a Senior Hub Spot Consultant who can bring their expertise to help our US/Internationally based enterprise clients make the most of their Hub Spot investment. Here's what you'll get to do: Manage clients Hub Spot accounts like a boss, making sure everything runs smoothly. Share your wisdom on how to get the most out of Hub Spot and be a trusted advisor. Be the go-to person for any Hub Spot-related questions or issues that come up. Design and implement scalable Hub Spot and other marketing automation architectures, advanced workflows, and integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer service processes. Define and visualise customer journeys Analyse data to help clients identify areas where they can grow their revenue. Work with client’s and internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to make sure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal. Use Hub Spot and other data sources to find hidden insights and make recommendations that help clients improve their marketing and sales processes. Provide regular updates and reports to keep clients in the loop on their progress. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Hub Spot, other marketing automation, and CRM platforms Requirements: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Hub Spot operations. Expertise in Hub Spot and experience with other marketing and sales technology. Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, CRM concepts, and digital marketing strategies. Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively. Soft requirements: Willing to work in a Startup culture Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days) Proactive and motivated enough to achieve something substantial in life.
