Job Overview

We're Growtomation, a leading RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultant. Our mission is to empower companies to streamline their sales/marketing/business operations using HubSpot.

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior HubSpot Consultant who can leverage their expertise to help our US/internationally based enterprise clients maximize their HubSpot investment.

About the Role
  • Manage client HubSpot accounts effectively, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Share your knowledge on how to optimize HubSpot usage and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Be the go-to person for any HubSpot-related questions or issues that arise.
  • Design and implement scalable HubSpot and marketing automation architectures, advanced workflows, and integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
  • Define and visualize customer journeys.
  • Analyze data to help clients identify areas for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with client's internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and shared goals.
  • Use HubSpot and other data sources to uncover hidden insights and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to keep clients informed of their progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HubSpot, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in HubSpot operations.
  • Expertise in HubSpot and experience with other marketing and sales technology.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, CRM concepts, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
