Human Resources Information System Administrator

At iCIMS, we’re always looking for new ways to make our processes more efficient and our products more user-friendly. We’re currently seeking a HRIS administrator to help us streamline our HR processes through the use of HRIS software. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS system such as Workday, Oracle and be able to hit the ground running in developing and implementing new HRIS integrations. They will also be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide support to users as needed. This is a great opportunity for a HRIS administrator to make a real impact on a growing company. ResponsibilitiesMonitor, Triage/Manage incoming incidents and requests, and resolve tier 0, 1 and some tier 2 requests or system issues according to established guidelines, security policies, etc.Perform administration of full-suite of HRIS modules such as payroll, learning and performance etc.Reporting- Develop and maintain basic custom reports and perform overall governance including audits and annual maintenance using guidelines and policiesIntegrations-Monitor and manage integration warnings and failures using team guidelines and policiesSecurity-serve as the primary security admin maintaining roles and permissions using guidelines and policies. Additionally, coordinate quarterly and annual security reviews and perform audits and maintenance as needed.Maintain technical documentation.Play an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating toimprove internal organizational capability, including training and mentoring of new Workday administrative users/team membersWork directly with the business users, internal teams, and, as needed/directed vendors for both support and project workQualificationsA minimum of 2-3 years of admin experience with a global HRIS such as Workday, Oracle, SAPStrong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team and leadership.Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs changeExperience working with a diverse set of stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientationStrong analytical skills and an ability to learn technology tools quicklyAbout UsWhen you join iCIMS, you join the team helping global companies transform business and the world through the power of talent.
