We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Executive/Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting and recruiting top talent to meet the organization's growing staffing needs. As an Executive in Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruiting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening : Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates based on skills and cultural fit.

  • Collaborative Hiring : Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, craft job descriptions, and develop customized recruitment strategies for each position.

  • Interview Coordination : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both parties.

  • Employer Branding : Actively promote the company's values and culture during recruitment efforts, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice.

  • Pipeline Management : Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

  • Offer Management : Assist in preparing offer letters, negotiate compensation packages, and guide candidates through the offer and acceptance process.

  • Onboarding Support : Provide support in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

  • Data Management & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring progress. Prepare recruitment reports and share key metrics with HR leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.

  • Consultant Management: Track, maintain & process the consultant invoices along with preparing reports.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Desirable : Experience in recruitment for a specific industry or function (e.g., IT & sales) is a plus.
