The ideal candidate should have prior experience inBrownfield SAP Implementations , preferably within theAirlines industry . This role will be responsible for designing end-to-end finance solutions, integrating complex financial processes, and ensuring smooth migration to S/4HANA Finance in a highly regulated and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the solution architecture for Finance workstreams in a large-scale SAP program.Design, validate, and implement solutions inCFIN, FICA, and RARaligned with industry best practices.Drive theBrownfield implementation approachby assessing existing ECC systems and designing optimal transition strategies to S/4HANA Finance.Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to define requirements and provide scalable solutions.Ensure solution design supports compliance with airline industry-specific regulatory and accounting standards.Provide thought leadership on SAP Finance capabilities and roadmap planning.Oversee integration with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring data consistency and process automation.Guide and mentor functional consultants and ensure alignment to architectural standards.Required Skills & Experience:15+ yearsof experience in SAP Finance solutions.Proven expertise inSAP Central Finance (CFIN) ,FICA , andRevenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) modules.Hands-on experience inBrownfield S/4HANA implementations , preferably in theairline industryor large-scale global environments.Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes includingintercompany, revenue recognition, and settlement processes .Experience in integration of SAP Finance with logistics, billing, and external systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience inairline-specific finance processes , such as ticketing revenue accounting, interline settlement, or cargo finance.SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.Experience with large-scale transformation programs and working with global teams.
