Has played solution architect ( not as consultant) role previously for at least one S/4HANA or SAP ECC implementation- Solution Architect The SAP Solutions Architect is responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve complex business objectives. The Enterprise Architect manages the entire lifecycle of an SAP ecosystem and has big picture ownership of generational technologies comprising the SAP investment.**Responsibilities**: - Sets and influences SAP strategic direction. Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understands the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT investment situation. Works closely with stakeholders from various lines of business to develop architecture blueprints and realistic roadmaps. - Analyzes the current SAP architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement such as enhancing business processes, expanding capacity, reducing time & cost, and increasing overall effectiveness. Acts as an arbitrator, as needed, to bring the appropriate parties together to drive discussions to decisions in a timely manner. - Analyzes technology industry, market trends and impact of SaaS/Cloud and determines the potential impact on the enterprise. Maintains relationship with SAP ecosystem vendors and maintains vendor roadmaps. Facilitates the evaluation and selection of software product standards. - Directs the governance activities associated with ensuring compliance, particularly as relating to the SAP environmental infrastructure. - Help to guide and educate the customer on Data Centre and Disaster Recovery solutions strategy along with the server, storage and network sizing for the ERP Integrated Solution. Help Customer to finalize the SAP sizing for private cloud hosting to draft the RFP. - Also help to finalize the solution architecture including network and server related details needs and finalize the proposals for bidding. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related study. MBA - Minimum of 8 to 10 Years of experience as SAP Solution Architect - Strong experience in architecting SAP solutions: SAP, SAP ERP/S4HANA, ECC, SAP BO/BW, HANA db, Business Objects, SAP Net Weaver with specific emphasis on PI, BI, BW Master Data Management and SAP Mobility. - Demonstrates well rounded technology experience/exposure - HANA, Java, Microsoft, Open Source, SAP, Oracle, etc. - Proven ability to develop detailed solution designs. Understands architecture constructs and patterns, protocols such as SOAP, REST etc., development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). - Self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced business environment. - Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good Team Player.
