Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates. 4. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization. 5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidates' credentials and employment history. 6. Actively participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking activities to promote the organization and build relationships with potential candidates. 7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. 8. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions. 9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent sources. 10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovative recruitment strategies. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 3. Solid understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and strategies. 4. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. 5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. 9. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
