Our Requirements: - Position – Branding Manager Number of Vacancy- 1 Location – Bhubaneswar (all over odisha) Qualification – Any Experience – More than 3 years in branding (physical marketing) Salary – Upto 4.5 LPA Role & Responsibility: - 1. Brand Strategy Development Define the brand's vision, mission, and positioning in the market. Develop long-term strategies to strengthen brand equity and achieve market goals. Conduct competitor analysis to understand positioning and develop unique brand strategies. 2. Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. Use insights from data analytics to understand brand performance and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with research teams to assess brand perception and customer sentiment. 3. Brand Identity and Positioning Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets, including logos, slogans, and visual elements. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines for consistency across channels. Define the brand’s tone, personality, and communication style. 4. Campaign Planning and Execution Develop and execute brand campaigns, both online and offline, to drive engagement. Coordinate with advertising, creative, and digital teams to ensure effective campaign rollout. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for better results. 5. Product Development and Launches Collaborate with product teams to align product features with brand promises. Plan and oversee product launch events, ensuring they reflect brand values and create customer interest. Monitor the performance of new product launches and gather customer feedback . 6. Brand Performance Tracking and Reporting Monitor key performance metrics, including brand awareness, market share, and sales growth. Conduct regular brand audits to ensure brand health and spot areas for improvement. Present detailed reports to senior management on brand performance and future strategy recommendations.
