About Keka:
We are B2 B Saa S Platform pre-dominantly into the HR Space, helping companies and employees w.r.t time, attendance, performance management, payroll management, onboarding and hiring modules.
This is one of those products which any HR would need to automate his/her process in any organization.
8 years since we have entered the market, and we do have a client base of around 8500 at present domestically and now we are planning to expand to the US Market
Some of our clients are OYO, RR, Dream11, One+, shadi.com and so on. We have recently received Series funding of $57 million as well which is highest in the Saa S world.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Requirement Mapping : Validate and map customer technical requirements to Keka's product capabilities, considering available data, IT infrastructure, and security needs.
Sales Support : Provide technical product expertise and consulting to the Sales team, enhancing their understanding of Keka's offerings.
User Experience Demonstration : Showcase the software's user experience and workflows to potential customers.
API Expertise : Leverage API knowledge to provide integration support on Keka’s solutions with customer systems and address technical inquiries effectively.
Documentation and Feedback : Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and consolidate feedback for continuous improvement.
Customer Engagement : Engage with customers through probing questions to clarify expectations and define the scope of implementation.
Value Communication : Effectively communicate the technical value of Keka's products during presentations and discussions.
